• Customer Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product has been shipped. Once the product has shipped, standard return policies apply.
• TTSO Initiated Cancellations: TTSO reserves the right to cancel any pre-order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability or pricing errors. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Prices for pre-ordered items are fixed at the time of placing the order. Any subsequent price changes will not affect your pre-order.
