Blind Box - Terms & Conditions
- Blind Box Definition: Customers cannot determine which specific figurines are inside the box before opening it. Customers can only choose the series, and the figurines in the blind box will belong to the selected series.
- Major Quality Problem: Refers to a quality issue that is clearly severe and easily noticeable. (Refer to ACCC.gov for more details pertaining to the definition of “major problem”)
- Minor Defect: Small issues that may occur during the production process, such as uneven coloring, slight and non-superficial scratches, paint loss, or tiny bubbles, etc.
- Blind Boxes May Contain Secret Figurines: If a secret figurine appears, it will replace one standard figurine in the blind box. The probability of obtaining a secret figurine varies with each series.
- No Guarantee that any blind box will contain a Secret Figurine.
- Customers MUST carefully choose the product or blind box they wish to purchase. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind once purchased.
- Customers MUST NOT weigh or pinch the blind box or do any other acts that could damage the packaging or contents of the blind box. Customers will be liable for the full price of the blind box if any damage is caused.
- If a product has a major quality problem, customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund. This is at TTSO's discretion.
- If a product has a problem that does not amount to a major quality problem (e.g., a minor defect), Customers may not be entitled to a refund or replacement. All decisions are at TTSO's sole discretion.
- If a whole box is purchased and there are duplicates, the missing standard figure will be provided and the duplicated figurine will be taken back.
- Recommendations: To avoid any disputes regarding refunds or exchanges, customers are encouraged to: Open their blind boxes in-store AFTER purchase and after the receipt has been processed.
- Video record their blind box opening within 2 days from the date of purchase.
